Lifting System with Sockets
Special Lifting Devices can be used with lifting sockets. When using lifting loops, attention must be paid to the present instruction for use, installation instructions and the use of lifting sockets.
Special Lifting Devices are available with Rd thread.

Special Lifting Devices are especially suitable for tilting up flat precast elements. They can accommodate inclined loads from 0 to 90°.
The Special Lifting Device must not be welded.
When using the Special Lifting Device, the following things must be taken into account:
- The lifting device must be driven in completely, and the bottom plate must have throughout contact with the concrete surface.
- The threads of all components must be clean.
- The lifting device must not be damaged.
The special lifting device can be used as an usual screw and can be driven in or out of the threaded insert. To tighten or loosen the special lifting device, the chainlink can be used. It must be pulled through the chainlink and its recesses fit to the three pins located at the circumference of the lifting device. This efficient lever-arm enables convenient tightening and removing without any tool.
The special lifting device must be inspected once a year by an expert. It can not be repaired; if the ring or the thread are bent, the special lifting device must be changed. If the ring dimension are higher than value of the below table, the special lifting device has to be changed.
